Air dried Iron oxide mill scale binder is used to granulate iron oxide mill scale, iron-containing sludge,dedusting ash, steel slag , etc., and the pellets do not need to be dried.

This innovative technology has been widely adopted by steel mills as well as industrial and residential applications to effectively recycle and utilize ferrous scrap. In addition, these binders are better than traditional inorganic binders because they have strong adhension, do not introduce harmful substances that reduce iron grade, and the pellets have good mechanical strength. The iron oxide scale is used to produce pellets without drying euqipment.

Using this air dried iron oxide mill scale binder, the pellets do not need to be dried, they can be directly dried on the field without the need to increase drying equipment and drying process, and also the pellets have enough strength to be returned to the furnace for iron making. Save enterprise production costs, with significant economic benefits.

Product Characteristics

Rapid Curing:
Store wet pellets/briquettes at room temperature for 12 hours before bagging and transportation.

Easy to Operate:
Blend the binder and the material thoroughly, followed by the addition of water and stirring until cold-pressed.

It can rapidly developing a net-like structure inside the material, it acquires forming strength exceeding 100kg, and possesses temperature resistance up to 1200℃.

High Forming Rate:
Achieving an integrity of 2 meters when dropped and a high success rate (98% or higher) in forming wet pellets or briquettes.

Cost Reduction:
The production cost is reduced by saving on oven investment and eliminating the drying process.

Package with 25kg woven bags or tonne bags.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, aired and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
