Anthracite binders are special binders for bonding anthracite coal powder. This innovative technology has been widely adopted by the coal industry to recover carbon resources, improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce energy consumption and save production costs.
In addition, these binders are better than traditional inorganic binders because they have strong adhesion, high forming rate, non-corrosive to equipment, do not increase ash content, do not reduce calorific value, and are not flame retardant. The anthracite binders are used to produce pellets with regular shape, uniform size, complete block size and good cold and heat strength to meet the requirements of industrial coal, civil coal, barbecue charcoal, heating charcoal and other industries. Through this process, it is one of the effective ways to solve the problems of effective utilization of pulverized coal and insufficient amount of lump coal required for industrial production, reduce environmental pollution and lower energy consumption.

Our Factory
