Reduce Bentonite Use

Jianjie organic binder effectively reduces or partially replaces bentonite in iron ore pellet production. By lowering bentonite dosage, the binder helps increase the Fe content of pellets, improve metallurgical performance, and reduce ash introduction.

Lower Impuries (SiO2 and Al2O3)
